When we say "we" or "Virtued Eduversity" we mean Virtued Eduversity Ltd. "Customer" means the person or organisation that has registered to use our Services. "Contact" means any person whose details you upload into our system (for example an audience list). "Personal Information" means any information that identifies you or a Contact, such as name, email, occupation, IP address or location.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly (for example when you register, contact support, or upload a course), and information automatically when you use our website or Services (for example IP address, browser type and usage data). We process personal data primarily on the basis of our legitimate business interests, and where necessary to perform contracts with our Customers. Typical uses include:

- Delivering Services you request (accreditation, reporting, research).

Data sharing & processors

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. If you are a Contact in someone else’s list and wish to be removed, contact the Customer who sent the messages or contact us and we will assist.

You have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict processing, object to direct marketing, and request data portability where applicable. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.
Security & breach notification
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. If we experience a breach that materially affects you, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
