- No certificate, accreditation, or digital asset has been issued or downloaded.
- The service has not been excessively used or accessed.
- Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain services cannot be refunded, including:
- Accreditation already processed or delivered.
- Certificates already issued.
- Completed digital course modules.
- Downloaded resources, templates, or digital products.
